When your Heart choosesđŸ€ One month ago I decided it is high time to restart competitions which I loved some years ago. Yes- life put me on hold for too long- until I started to really choose. I trained one time 3 weeks ago, when I wanted in the evening to subscribe - schock no places- Okay- I chose regardless Last week I get the message I can swap and participate- schock again- I didn't train properly. Yesterday I picked up my number- a bit of a lice heart seeing the parcour. In the evening in my bath I setted my mind: I will finish regardless..fear is just Ego. And so I did....but of course during I thought I will give my breath away, I needed to breath even more consciously and to talk to my body even more intense. If was the struggle of the mind to release control- ego. As only endresults counts⭐I finished and am super happy...the Journey to my best times will continue now ;) If you are also ready to get to know the limits of your mind- I am your coach... Just had a conversation with a colleague from India. Me: “Do you practice yoga?” Him: “No, we’re too young
 we just got married.” Interesting perspective — because yoga is so much more than physical exercise. And honestly, even the physical part is better to start young, not when the body already hurts. #yoga, #prevention, #starttoday, #yogabeyondasana
