There comes a moment when your soul whispers, it's time to come home to yourself💙 To slow down. To breathe deeply. To release what no longer belongs to you. To remember the parts of yourself you may have forgotten along the way. Like the ocean, your Heart holds infinite depth. Beneath the waves of fear, old stories, and expectations lies a place of peace, truth, and unconditional love. A space to soften. A space to heal. A space to reconnect with your essence. A space to become who you were always meant to be. Ocean of the Heart, transformational Yoga retreat on Mahe, Seychelles in March 2027, is an invitation to return to yourself. Do you feel the calling? DM few places left🙏 www.nicoleta-bot.de Amazing 📽co-creation @achpho_tography #yoga #seychellesisland #transformation #yogabeyondasana

Where the wild things are is where my Heart belongs💙 We often learned to hide the very essence of who we are Being, allowing it to guide us day by day will set us free. Preparing the upcoming transformational Yoga retreat, March 2027 on Mahe Seychelles I have been experiencing these days amazing transformation myself- which I can't wait to share with you too in the beautiful tropical scenery. What the transformation meant for me now is choosing my own path, creating new destinations and opening my Heart even more even in moments where fears speaks louder than the Heart is. Ocean of the Heart💙 Join us, limited spaces available www.nicoleta-bot.de #yoga #transformation #Seychelles #heartchakra #yogafamily
