We will combine the Yang, active Asanas with the Yin, passive energy in beautiful flows that will bring you deep relaxation,  reconnection and so much more.

If I were to describe the  Yoga practice in one word, I would say Freedom; freedom of all the stress you might have experienced in your day, freedom of emotional and mental baggage that we carry within and the freedom to be You in all your beauty and amazingness.

The benefits of the Yoga practice are numerous: from more flexibility, more strength, relaxation to boosting your immune system, breath,  helps you sleep and concentrate and prevents many disease to even enter your physical body. Yoga teaches us to know our inner world and to live it in the outside reality and to accept and cope with everything that life offers. Yoga is all that Is, and much more.

To really describe the Yoga practice, you have to live it for Yourself.
