What are you today grateful for?
Well I am beyond words grateful for my yogic path with all it's holistic aspects. Just now being new to dancing in each session I see so manyvparts of my yogic practice combined..and this feeling was the same when I started to learn and apply intuition and to be a coach, in my breathing techniques I learned...in many many aspects of my life actually.
I am beyond blessed to be also teaching Yoga.

Will I learn Intuition?"
And the answer is definitely: YES✨️
Each of us in a human body has the physical, mental, emotional and spiritual bodies. And we all are Energy. If you place your hand (what I did when I firstly started to see life differently) on a super fine microscope you will see only particles moving. This is you, this is me.
We only perceive ourselves and the world as fix, solid. It is not.
This energy is flowing through our bodies and there are more points where these energies have joint points or what we call the chakras. There are more chakras as the known 7, but these are the most important.
And one of it: the 6th chakra is Intuition, the Third Eye or the "Know it all" and this Knowing means connection through all Time and Space.
Whereas before this connection to the upper chakras mostly were hidden methods known only by Masters nowadays we all have this blessed opportunity to learn to master these techniques.
And why?
To get the "second chance in life"
To live our own life
To live from our Truth
To live in Harmony with All.
And it makes me utmost happy as last evening when I am blessed to work with a client totally new to these methods and suspicious ;) if this works for him/her and does the first steps towards living from Intuition, intuitive readings, choices and is like WOW, how did I receive that? Amazing, speechless.
Living intuitively has many aspects but the one I mostly love is that we become more and more an observer. The "dramas" of life are no dramas anymore are just experiences for Knowing that we have other choices and we create, experience them.
We get to live.
We get to be attuned to all that is.
We get to be truly grateful.
We get to be light.
And we find magical places as I did:) and here a funny story. I was sitting on a bench with my friend and she leaves. I saw that tree while we were sitting amd found it magical. I send her this pic and she wonders were it was...in front of our eyes...
Life is about opening our eyes and seeing.
Seeing our life from another higher perspective
Intuitively.

Connection
When we start to acknowledge each other as a part of the Whole, we feel connected, we feel One.
Disconnection, lack feelings appear when we leave the space of Being.
As in ancient Ayurveda Teachings: we are a microcosmos in the infinite macrocosmos.
Limitless possibilities awaiting for us to be created, to be experienced, to be felt, to be sensed, to be tasted, to be real ✨️
