Seychelles & the Heart chakra💚
Wow, what an amazing place to BE. Seychelles carries a natural heart energy. Surrounded by green jungle and endless blue colours, the heart chakra expands without force. There is space to slow down, to feel, and to live from a place of openness.
Being here is a reminder that wholehearted living doesn’t need to be practiced; it can simply be allowed. Thats why I have not one Yoga asana picture this time as I fully lived in the present moment. What more Yoga can I describe?
This place teaches balance — between water and sky, movement and stillness, giving and receiving. A quiet invitation to stay open, connected, and rooted in love.
