Yoga practice is for every body and a regular practice is healing and prevention for all our bodies (mental, emotional, physical, spiritual). In the 1:1 Yoga session I will focus and create a practice tailored on your own intention and status quo of the bodies so that after each session you will feel the Magic of the yogic practice.
We will practice Yin, Yang, Yin/Yang, Chakra Yoga, Restorative Yoga paired with meditation and breathing techniques.
